Where are you located? Our address is 160-9 Blountstown Hwy. Tallahassee, FL 32304. Click here for directions/map.
What are your access hours? Our normal access hours are 7AM to 10PM with 24 hours available upon need or request. All RV and automobile storage is 24 hours.
How does your pricing work? Move-in month is prorated with a one-time $10 administration fee. Move-out months must be paid in full. Sorry, no refunds.
What if I need to upgrade/downgrade my storage needs? All monies applied to existing leases are transferrable to new unit. A $10 transfer fee applies.
Do you take credit cards? We accept all major credit/debit cards with online payment available.
How long is the term of the lease? All leases are month to month with a 15 day move-out notice.
Can you bill me automatically? Yes. We have secure and encrypted credit card automatic billing.
Do you store boats? Yes. We have units for indoor storage and ample room for outdoor storage.
Do your units have electricity provided? There is no electricity inside the units. Outlets available throughout facility for short term usage.
Is your facility lighted? We have ample lighting throughout the facility.
Do you have climate controlled storage? No.
What if I need assistance accessing my unit? We have intercoms located at the keypads and call forwarding to manager for after hour assistance.
